Tom Lubiewski brings over 20 years of experience in real estate and banking to the USA Mortgage Team. He first made strides in the real estate market boom in the late ’90s into the early 2000s. He obtained his real estate license at only 19 years of age and helped many homeowners achieve their dream of homeownership. He received the President’s Award for customer service excellence from Gordon Gundaker in 2001. From the beginning, he focused on customer relationships, marketing and building his knowledge in every aspect of the real estate market. Which led him into banking. He began with a “big bank” in 2003 and held many positions in underwriting, processing management, and sales. His goal was to be extremely versed and knowledgeable to better serve his customers and be able to explain and guide them through every aspect of the home buying process. He has since continued his career with USA Mortgage in a Corporate branch here in St Louis. He is an avid follower of the mortgage market and the economic and societal trends that affect rate movement and product shifts. He uses his experiences and passion for his profession to make the loan process as seamless and efficient as possible.
Tom and his wife Molly reside in the O’Fallon, MO area, and they have been blessed with two sets of boy/girl twins. Braeden and Raegen who are now 8 years old and Daniel and Quinn who are 4. When he is not helping customers and friends at USA Mortgage he loves to spend time with his family. He enjoys helping coach their soccer teams, being outdoors as much as possible and loves visiting the Lake of the Ozarks where he has already taught the older two to water ski. They also enjoy volunteering their time in the community and were chosen as the Ambassador Family for the Missouri Chapter of March of Dimes for the 2016 campaign. Tom, Molly, and the children did many radio shows, television commercials and live broadcasts to raise awareness for premature babies and this cause as it is very near and dear to their hearts.
Tom utilizes his marketing background to assist his realtors to increase their business. He assists them with listing brochures, open houses, marketing flyers, door hangers and marketing events. His most important focus besides his borrowers is to encourage and ultimately increase his realtor’s volume. He prides himself on keeping in constant contact with his realtor during every transaction.
